Privacy policy

This policy explains how MLA Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 88 673 150 224) trading as My Digital Group handles personal information in the MDG Skill Vault. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and, if you add it, your website.
• Your membership details: plan, status, renewal date and any coupon code used.
• Which skills you download or mark as imported.
• Anything you send us when you share a skill.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run your account and membership, including billing and renewal reminders.
• To send emails about your account, such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
• To review and publish skills you share, with your name and website shown if published.
• To understand which skills are useful, so we can improve the Vault.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and payments. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Keeping it safe

Accounts are protected by password and access controls. Skill files are stored privately and are only available to members through short-lived download links.

Your choices

You can update your name and website from your account page. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to make a complaint, email privacy@mydigitalgroup.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
