Terms of membership

These terms cover your membership of the MDG Skill Vault (the “Vault”), run by MLA Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 88 673 150 224) trading as My Digital Group (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your membership

Membership gives you access to the skills, prompts, workflows and resources in the Vault (“skills”) for as long as your subscription is active. Your account is for one person. Please don't share your login.

2. Price, billing and renewal

• Membership is $29.95 per month or $299 per year, in Australian dollars, including GST.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your card is charged at the current price.
• Coupon codes apply only on the terms shown when you enter them and can't be exchanged for cash.
• We may change the price. If we do, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry it. Access may be paused if payment can't be collected.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops, and you won't be charged again.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods and for periods where you didn't use the Vault. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

5. Using the skills

• You may use the skills in your own business and adapt them for your own use.
• You may not resell, republish, share or distribute the skill files, or make them available to people who aren't members, whether or not you've changed them.
• Skills you downloaded while a member can keep being used in your own business after you cancel.
• Skills are provided as they are. AI tools can produce inaccurate output, so review anything a skill produces before you rely on it or publish it. You're responsible for how you use that output.

6. Sharing your own skills

When you share a skill with us, you confirm you own it or have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, host and make it available to Vault members. If we publish it, we'll show your name and website with it. We decide which submissions are published and may remove them at any time.

7. Ending or suspending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example by sharing logins or redistributing skill files. We may also change, add or retire skills in the Vault over time.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Vault or the skills, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them, and we'll tell you by email before a material change takes effect. Questions? Email hello@mydigitalgroup.com.au.
